10 affordably beneficial/hostile actions the West can take against the Giant Lizard today and America’s perpetual move to Canada yet still here left-wing fictional AI brain drain theory?

1. Block Giant Lizard students from studying at any prestigious US and Western-aligned universities except democracy majors with secondary sanctions on any country that does not comply. 
2. Arrest all influential Giant Lizard elites’ friends, families, relatives and associates.
3. US immigration laws tied to verifiable hostile activities in the Giant Lizard land, not verifiable equals no visa. 
4. Nuclearize Taiwan with dual use nuclear technology and eventually transition into state of art defensive use. 
5. Send the Western undesirables, illegals and permanent potential criminal classes and other undesirables as determined by low-scoring HWMI segments to Giant Lizard land via Tibet and East Turkestan. Arm them with provisions and weapons and the strongest that returns are tokenized as racial heroes. 
6. Take notes on every single item not effectively produced in America and the Western-aligned world with ample internal competition. Import substitute these and provide rare earth mining type of industrial policy money and over time take down names of entities that deal with the Giant Lizard and brand them as traitors and provide disincentives to stop their behavior then incentives kick in. Rap softly but shove a big chopstick. 
7. After the Western world has reached self-sufficiency, let the non-first world know what’s up with some real aircraft and bomber magic sugarcoated with USDs. 
8. Use allies such as India and Ukraine near Giant Lizard’s borders to expand further into Giant Lizard’s sphere of influence.
9. Use their land as a dumping ground for hazardous waste, experimental venues for the latest made in USA goodies.
10. Legally, culturally and morally claim the land and its cultural heritages as an American actually founded the country and American resources were used to build up the country from universities to everything else. 

The Giant Lizard won’t do anything even remotely reciprocal about any of the above besides not selling something that’s already abundant except limited by the left-wing due to processing regulations which won’t continue for long. America’s AI brain drain is as real as Giant Lizard suddenly becoming a major consumer of fine Japanese seafood.
