At this point, the local authorities received official central government orders from the highest places to release Ocekay within the a week. Many of the officials and people involved in the Ocekay affairs were disappeared, to save face, the local government officials first requested to have the parents of Ocekay to sign for his release. Since Ocekay don’t care much about them due to ethical and ideological reasons, they then tried the honey trap route a few more time which failed again. They needed a political win somehow and were desperate to get one. OceKay knew about this, through informal channels like the attractive nurse, Ocekay nonchalantly mentioned about wanting to see Man Vs. Tank on the 17th floor. Of course, everyone including the eavesdroppers pretended like nothing happened like a large swath of internet content just magically disappeared suddenly and without any reasons. The authorities think they can outsmart Ocekay only to be trapped into a conspiracy themselves. During one of the forced confession and struggle sessions, Ocekay feinted to be overwhelmed with pressure and mentioned a dream involving a cult leader whom the central government is obsessed with. OceKay knew this was the key to get into a particular mental institution. Ocekay wanted to expose the oppressive secrets hidden by the state, more than that, Ocekay wanted to meet a personal hero who has inspired billions with his bravery. Ocekay spent years tracking down the Man vs. Tank which led Ocekay to this particular location’s 17th floor where the MVT is kept.
During Ocekay’s time at the mental institution, in addition to all the human rights abuses mentioned previous, Ocekay witnessed the beating of elopers from the North, forced videotaped nude contact showers of patients by the staff, 17 year old kids being forced to go through electroconvulsive therapy and the staff laughs and says it’s good for him which the boy’s family were brainwashed to sign off on all because the boy reported a sexual abuse ring at the state-sponsored school, staff repeatedly hit the head of a young kid who is going through trauma while calling the kid a bastard whose own parents even abandoned him. There were many celebrities, government officials, academics and billionaires who were disappeared in that hospital whom Ocekay met. The most memorable has to be a poker superstar who won tournaments after tournaments overseas and internationally yet disappears into the abyss every few years or so when he returns home. Ocekay asked the man why he still returns, why not just become a dissident abroad. He says once he is out of sight, his voice won’t mean as much. His departing gift for Ocekay was a quote “Let the truth brighten the world, the world will be brighter with the truth.”
Every time Ocekay was escorted by state security to go for “treatments” Ocekay notice beside the 14th floor being missing replaced by 13A, the 17th floor appears to be inaccessible by elevator. The top floor per the hospital staff during their daily gossip which was overheard by Ocekay’s allies in the hospital, was used as the “pleasure room” which were constructed by the local elites for government officials. Many young children and adult were locked in there for years and trained to please the sadistical needs of powerful individuals including central government figures, lost tribe people and liberal elites from the Western world. It’s a segment called “matchmaking” as advertised by many secret elite societies in the West to elude strict child protection, sexual orientation laws and human trafficking laws in the West marked as a “disruptive” technology in certain “Valleys.” The lost tribe people no longer is satisfied just with money, they wanted the industrial military complex of the A-S. Since SO broken up in the early part of last century the RC family’s descendants in Europe are desperate for surrogates who had New World last names and heritage. Their descendants and lieutenant/offshoot lineages married Giant Lizard elite heirs with halfie offsprings to hedge against the world.
They openly engage in coordination with the Giant Lizard through honey trap conducts who may have married powerful media moguls, business elites and political figures. These figures frequently introduce other Giant Lizards as romantic interests to their newly attached host families. The lost tribe people are beginning to irritate the A-S and they know it. Many of such people may have met the highest level of central government leadership and may be pledged members of certain world’s largest communistic organization. Many missing children and young adults around the world who may have escaped certain islands in the Western Hemisphere end up there. When they are no longer useful, they will then be sold for their organs or used for human experimentations while they are fully conscious. Many European countries saw this coming a thousand years ago, did something about it and now are some of the richest and most powerful countries in the world. They disassociated these people from educating their elites and children and became independently powerful.
Besides talking to children of elites who stabbed people to death or sex addicts between the military style daily routines, Ocekay enjoy speaking with an economic professor whose family signed the paperworks to lock him up in the mental hospital despite him being around 70 years old so they can steal his fortunes. He will never be able to get out unless he turns into a different form because his family members need to sign for his release which they won’t. In contrast, there are genuinely regular old people who are bonded all day to a bed or baby chair because their family members refuse to take care of them. They are so desperate for any relief in life that one of them stole Ocekay’s playing cards thinking it was a pack of cigarettes. “Patients” who weren’t high-value political prisoners had to share a small all glass room with multiple people where many homosexual activities frequently occur.
Due to lack of visitations, many patients are extremely sex starved and horny. They would frequently make sexually explicit comments about the breasts of attractive nurses knowing many of them were already raped by government officials and elites when they were virgins. No legitimate family in that country would voluntarily send their young sexually attractive offsprings to become serve workers which is just another word for slave possibly sexual slaves. The attractive nurse during the chaotic lunch time furtively slid Ocekay a note. In the note, the nurse tells Ocekay she was forced to spy on Ocekay against the nurse’s will. The nurse go on to say that the nurse thought about suicide when the nurse refused and then was raped by the police station chief in front of the entire security bureau orgy style. The nurse then proceeded to say everyone at the hospital were notified to monitor Ocekay and make sure nothing serious happens to Ocekay other than the routine oppresses abuses like forced feeding, ET and medicating. It got so serious that besides being videotaped and interviewed by the whole hospital, Ocekay was not allowed to possess a pen or any other sharp objects in the hospital. One day when Ocekay displaced the pen the attractive nurse lend Ocekay, the nurse was about to cry when Ocekay relocated it and returned it back. The whole hospital including attractive nurse increasingly gained significant respect for Ocekay. The attractive nurse would even allow Ocekay to grab late night snacks at the pantry to spend time alone with Ocekay.
Meanwhile outside of the mental hospital, Ocekay’s story spread like wildfire among those in the know. Even some of the censures themselves were fans of Ocekay’s work. Ocekay is now portrayed as a people’s hero and the inspiration of many resistance movements in the country and countries in the region where there are authoritarian governments. Ocekay’s government name is suddenly showing up as the name of protagonists in thousands of online entertainment programs from short films, movies, novels, music videos, forums, songs, rap, children’s nursery rhymes you name it. Many children nowadays are named after Ocekay either directly or indirectly. Those who know Ocekay personally call Ocekay a hero outright without any reservations. Not only foreign governments were pressuring Ocekay’s captures to release Ocekay, the central government believe detaining Ocekay is bad business. When asked AI why Ocekay’s government name is so popular and everywhere, AI says it’s because Ocekay’s government is endearing and down to earth meaning it’s authentic, heroic and just give out the kind of vibe people naturally trust. People are even actively trademarking Ocekay’s government name in different sectors of the economy and in different countries. Suddenly the government couldn’t censor Ocekay’s story because Ocekay is no longer a person, Ocekay is hope, a myth and most importantly history, something even if they could they wouldn’t want to wipe away.
