Through decoding government documents, the masked man found out that Ocekay is now forcibly kept on a high floor level of a maximum security secret government-run mental hospital compound 50 miles away from an Alpha global city. There Ocekay is force fed schizophrenic medicine by government doctors and nurses through tubes directly into the stomach. Ocekay is also subjected to tranquilizer shots and electroconvulsive therapy where Ocekay’s brain is shocked every few days. While Ocekay was unconscious, the police forcibly held down Ocekay’s hand and pressed it against a computer tablet for thumb print to appear that Ocekay voluntarily agreed to check into the mental hospital where it is widely known throughout the world for all kinds of horrendous and inhumane abuses. Ocekay is also subject to daily forced confessions which Ocekay outright refused despite threats and implementation of violence against Ocekay. When those efforts failed, the government tried to seduce Ocekay with attractive medical staff and trained young government agents dressed as medical staff who are usually sexually harrassed and abused exclusively by their senior leadership anyway.
Superficially, Ocekay is targeted by the government due to a “mental breakdown” where a high ranking male police officer along with a squadron of accomplices pushed Ocekay to the ground then they pretended they were the victims by falling down on purpose. Based on intercepted and deciphered encrypted security briefing cables from the government’s foreign embassies where encryptions are the weakest, the masked man’s intelligence network was able to figure out the real reason for Ocekay’s disappearance is due to Ocekay exposing the evil in the country by organizing anti-lockdown protests in major cities directly challenging the government’s authorities, whistleblowing on illegal behaviors such as forced labor on its Southeastern seaboard, export control violations, exploitation and stealing of technology from foreign governments and enterprises, illegal shipment of dangerous precursors to other countries, corruption of officials in cahoots with business leaders, kidnapping of Northern people to dilute their genetics, sanctions busting to secure advanced semiconductor chips and machines that can manufacture advance chips through nearby transshipment centers, tariffs evasions, organ harvesting, disappearance of Northern migrant children from local schools and orphanages for the orgies of pedophilic elites, list of traitorous foreign entities and people of power based in democratic countries and exposing the mass historical and current rape and murder of Northern and democratic allied people by Southern local elites who placed the blame on nearby foreigners and foreign pirates for decades and centuries. The biggest infraction of them all is the fact that Ocekay exposed the illegitimate son(s) of the president of the country. Ocekay had also drawn up the blue print to the central government’s underground escape routes.
Ocekay also exposed the Southern’s secret plan through shell companies of the god children and lieutenants of the most powerful politician turned conglomerate business mogul who in his 30 year career partook in all kinds of corruption including bribery and knowing about the killing of his own related in-law by intoxicating her then throwing her body into the river while the in-law was pregnant with his nephew’s child. This man not only escaped justice even when associated with the murder of the daughter of a high-ranking government official, he is continuing to wield powers locally even as far as potentially giving his murderous nephew a new identify continuing to disappear and murdering people. This man is also involved in masterminding a plan to subvert against the government in the North by building a million men strong private army while monopolizing local resources from the state including water and land. He is also responsible for instigating conflict between Northern migrants and foreigners which resulted in the potential stabbing and murders of foreigners including children. Plus, the central government leadership knew about the Oce clan and wanted to secure the hidden treasure. If it were anyone else, the person doing such an expose would not ever see another day alive. Ocekay’s elite all around purple squirrel unicorn background and ability to natively speak three UN languages plus every single world power along with at least a few thousand elite organizations and individuals already directly knew about the situation via encrypted messages, the central and local authorities could only disappear Ocekay in the meantime to stall for time until they figure out their next moves.
Since the honey trap that works on powerful people in democratic countries failed to work on Ocekay, the local authorities who are known to be tiny sneaky, fake polite pretentious Southern people could no longer sit on their hands as the central government, out of their own survival instincts, began disappearing local officials left and right. The situation is extremely fluid as no one locally wanted to have anything to do with the oppression of Ocekay nor the god son of the powerful local man who stole Ocekay’s intellectual property and forced Ocekay to work for free 24 hours a day. The mental hospital staff purposefully tells Ocekay it was another organization that asked them to conduct violations of Ocekay’s rights and that they are the victims too. Ocekay also noticed the pedophilic orgies have died down in the mental hospital as many officials were detained and sentenced by the central government. It became so bad that the medical staff and local police purposely left the door open hoping Ocekay would escape, but Ocekay never took the bait and continues to be a source of strength for the victims forcibly placed there by the local police and government. At this point, the hospital staff and the local government including police no longer took an interested in “treating” or guarding Ocekay, allowing Ocekay to gain back full strength.
Ocekay began interviewing those who were in the hospital learning many of them are political dissidents or are involved in some kind of financial dispute by their family where they can never leave or have any rights as long as their family do not sign of on their release which they will never do. The hospital is full of the whose who of the country’s celebrities including famous poker stars who won numerous international competitions and bracelets, internationally recognized professors who published papers against the government, foreigners of all kinds, female celebrities who accused central government officials of rape, children of former ministries born out of affairs etc. The most heinous of them all child abuse victims of local police officers, local and central government officials/powerful businessmen are forced to take schizophrenic medicine and go through electroconvulsive therapy to make them forget what had happened. If they persist they were victims, these children usually disappear forever with their organs harvest for the elites or sold on the international black markets. During daily orgies at nights, victims especially young children are forced to have intercourses with the hospital staff while powerful people watch and record to livestream online on the dark web. Ocekay crunched the numbers and estimated approximately 20% of the population have either directly or indirectly through family been impacted by this system and that the state apparatus direct annual spending on this alone is likely equivalent to 2 trillion euros or about 1.7 trillion pounds. That mental hospital alone has at least 1,000 beds with many “patients” locked up in metal barred military style system for years. There are likely at least a few thousand such facilities all over the country including the secretive police-run mental hospitals. When the total economic impact is considered, the lifetime total cost of loss of productivity is about 10 trillion euros or 8.5 trillion pounds a year.
