One day, the attractive nurse secretly showed Ocekay a stash of keys and an access card. The nurse says these are what needed to access the 17th floor where the Man vs. Tank (MVT) is located. Ocekay asked if the nurse had ever seen the MVT before, the nurse said no. It turns out the 17th floor is a secret floor reserved for the most heavily guarded state secrets that the state decided to keep them in a heavily dense area to prevent American and Western rescues. Many Americans, Europeans and other Western allied important dissidents are housed there. Precisely because of this, all “caretakers” and “medical staff” that work on the floor are military and police personnel. The only person in the hospital that has access to the facility is the director of the hospital. The director of the hospital like many people in the history of that country are perverts pedophiles who enjoy having affairs with minors and the youth.
This person like many others created a “poverty alleviation foundation” ostensibly to eradicate poverty but in reality used these types of foundation to sexually and inhumanely exploit children and young adults for the entertainment of local, national and global elites who travel afar on a weekly basis to satisfy their deviant cravings. The attractive nurse tells Ocekay that every finding a job in the country is a low probability event with a housing crash and all the foreign companies leaving, there are no real jobs left. The nurse was forced to become one of the director’s many concubines even though they had an age difference of 40 years. The nurse chose that particular day to reveal to Ocekay the keys and access card because the director is deeply asleep after the regularly scheduled concubine swap session event was over. The hospital also force patients to take medicine that hardens their poop then ask the homosexuals to perform “poop soften” work using special OTC sprays. Ocekay was not immuned to it though Ocekay put on a protective poop layer outside of the main area as a buffer to minimize Ocekay’s mental grievance. It emerged as a rumor that after Ocekay had left the hospital, the person who did this regularly had both of their hoofs chopped off by the local government as a token of goodwill and presented to Ocekay as a memento which Ocekay declined. Due to the attractive nurse was the only medical staff professional on duty for that area at night and the orderly was half asleep, Ocekay and nurse decided to execute their plan to go up to the 17th floor to meet and possibly rescue the MVT within two hours so they can prepare for the provisions and perform a proper contingency plan.
